Craniosacral Therapy (CST) / SomotoEmotional Release (SER)
Through gentle evaluation and unwinding of soft tissue and skeletal restrictions, this technique improves the functioning of the central nervous system, dissipates the negative effects of stress and boosts the immune system. Beneficial for relieving emotional and physical pain, insomnia, migraines, anxiety, depression, and recovery from surgery, trauma, or abuse.

Deep Tissue / Sports Massage
A variety of medium to deep pressure techniques including Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Myofascial Release are used to release knots or restrictions in your muscles and other soft tissue.

Energetic Bodywork
A variety of gentle, “laying-on-of hands” forms of body work including Reiki, Seichim, and others. These can stand alone or be combined with massage or Craniosacral therapies. Our therapists can also address imbalances.

Hot Stone Therapy
A unique and powerful experience that combines full body massage with various sizes of heated stones placed on and around the body. The stones are also used to glide across the body, a therapy beneficial for opening and relaxing tissue that is congested or tight.

Lymph Massage
Assists with the physical, mental, and emotional components of breast health & recovery. If you have had a lumpectomy, mastectomy, breast implants, radiation of the upper body, are experiencing lymphatic drainage problems in your arms, slumped shoulders, anxiety attacks, or chronic pain between your shoulder blades, lymph massage could help.

Prenatal Massage

Reflexology
Through acupressure on reflex zones in the hands and feet, your therapist effectively works on your entire body. Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) / Jaw Pain Relief
Our highly-trained professionals find the source of strain and jaw dysfunction (the feet, hips, anywhere in the spine, deep inside the jaw itself, repressed emotions, whiplash, etc.), and then help you release it. We are happy to coordinate with your dentist, oral surgeon, or doctor to help you get back to life before jaw pain.
